The Wood: Character in Every Grain
We use carefully selected solid wooden boards full of authentic charm - from natural marks, filled knots, and grain variations to slight splits or movement over time. Every knot and crack is filled as standard with black filler, to bring out the true characteristics. These aren’t flaws - they’re features that make every table truly one-of-a-kind. We use Natural Solid timber, please be aware that this is a natural product, and could have a tolerance to move slightly and acclimatise to it’s environment.
The Metalwork: Strong Foundations
Each table is paired with sturdy, powder-coated metal legs in your chosen style - classic black comes as standard, but we’re happy to accommodate custom colour requests too, FOR example Oak legs
The Finish: Colour, Stain & Protection
We offer a range of beautiful stains and finishes so you can get the look you want - whether it’s light, dark, or somewhere in between. All sealed for durability while enhancing the wood’s natural beauty.

Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, you have 24hours to cancel. If you need to cancel your bespoke order after this point, you can, however will keep 25% of the order value to help cover the cost of ordered materials.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours on emails. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Are the tables made from solid wood?
Yes, all Masterplank UK products are handcrafted using solid hardwoods or Rustic Softwoods, ensuring durability, quality, and a unique rustic character in every piece.
What is your current wait time on Desks and Tables?
Its is currently 3-4 weeks for custom built desks and 4-6 Weeks for Dining tables

Can I customise the size of my dining table and benches?
Absolutely. Every item is made to order, so you can specify the exact dimensions that suit your space. Just choose your preferred size on the product page or get in touch for a bespoke request. If you need the table slightly thinner than what is advertised, Just leave us a message in the comments section at checkout with the size you want it.
What type of wood is used in your furniture?
Masterplank UK typically uses solid pine or oak, each selected for its natural beauty and strength. Wood samples are available if you'd like to see and feel the options before ordering.
Are the benches designed to tuck under the table?
Most sets are designed with practical sizing in mind, allowing the benches to slide under the table for a neater look and to save space when not in use.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes – Masterplank UK offers nationwide delivery, with shipping calculated at checkout. Delivery is typically via a trusted courier or their own team depending on location.
Is any assembly required?
Yes, most table and bench sets come with easy-to-follow assembly instructions and require minimal setup. All necessary fittings and fixings are included. We do have a few videos to follow on our Instagram.
How do I care for and maintain my wooden furniture?
To keep your table looking its best, simply wipe with a damp cloth, Or use surface antibacterial spray and avoid harsh chemicals. Periodic yearly or bi-yearly re-waxing or oiling may be recommended to preserve the wood's natural finish.
