Refund policy

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds on orders that are made to order. As these are bespoke made to measure we can not accept returns.

Cancellation 

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, you have 24hours to cancel. If you need to cancel your bespoke order after this point, you can, however will keep 25% of the order value to help cover the cost of ordered materials.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will make sure everything is repaired or replaced.

With Timber products, it’s important to understand that natural wood moves, so cracks, and splits can occur as the wood acclimatizes to its environment or new home. Unlike MDF or veneered materials, solid wood has inherent tolerances for movement and slight bowing, which can contribute to its unique characteristics. Embracing these natural variations is part of appreciating the beauty and authenticity of solid wood furniture. Please be advised that room temperatures can affect this, Hot homes can excelerate the drying out of the wood.

We do offer a lifetime warrenty on all of our tables which you can purchase seperately, This allows you to replace or change up your table.
