Lifetime Warranty
Our lifetime warranty offers you peace of mind for your table with unlimited claims for just £15 a month, allowing for replacements due to accidental damages, natural wood movement and cracks or even if you just fancy a switch up to a different style. We facilitate hassle-free collection and delivery ensuring that your new table is hand-delivered while we take away your old one. If you want to upgrade your table from your previous purchase you can just opt to pay for the additional cost, For example you currently have a Pine table and you want your new table to be Oak, you'll just have to pay the difference. We do charge an excess of £75 per claim. Once you opt out of our care plan, you will not be able to make a claim or be entitled to any warranty.
To break it down, 6 months down the line you're thinking about re-decorating and this includes changing the colour of your table.. you can! Simply give us a call and place a new order with us.
Another Example, your table is damaged at a family party.. No need to worry, Again, give us a call and through this warranty you'll be able to get a brand new table!

Terms and Conditions
- This product can only be purchased at the sale time are your table.
- unlimited claims
- £75 Excess to be paid per claim, this will need to be paid when the new table order is created
- Old table will need to be collected when the new one is delivered.
- Upgrades in products, the difference in cost will need to be paid
- Once opted out, claims and warranty coverage end.
- 12 months Minimum subscription. (12 payments need to be made until you can cancel your subscription, or you can pay the remaining balance in full when you wish to cancel - leaving you with the warranty until the paid for period ends.
Our tables are crafted from meticulously selected pine timber boards, each chosen for its exceptional quality and distinctive character. You may observe features such as marks, slight bows or twists, colour variations, filled splits or knots (expertly smoothed for a seamless finish), and striking grain patterns. We believe these natural imperfections elevate the individuality and allure of your furniture.
Unlike MDF or veneered alternatives, solid wood is a living material that adapts to its surroundings. As it settles into your home, it may expand, contract, or develop minor cracks and splits—subtle movements inherent to timber that enhance its authentic beauty. To safeguard your table’s integrity and longevity, maintain a stable indoor environment. Excessive heat can hasten drying, increasing the risk of splitting, so keep room temperatures between 18-22°C. In drier months, a humidifier can help sustain humidity levels at 40-60%. Additionally, place your table away from direct heat sources like radiators or fireplaces and shield it from prolonged sunlight to preserve its natural finish.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will make sure everything is repaired or replaced.
With Timber products, it’s important to understand that natural wood moves, so cracks, and splits can occur as the wood acclimatizes to its environment or new home. Unlike MDF or veneered materials, solid wood has inherent tolerances for movement and slight bowing, which can contribute to its unique characteristics. Embracing these natural variations is part of appreciating the beauty and authenticity of solid wood furniture. Please be advised that room temperatures can affect this, Hot homes can excelerate the drying out of the wood.
We do offer a lifetime warrenty on all of our tables which you can purchase seperately, This allows you to replace or change up your table.
We offer two delivery options. The first is a standard delivery with the item flat packed with screws for a home assemble. The second option is installation and delivery, in which one of our friendly team members will hand deliver and build the item for you.
