Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours on emails. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK and Ireland. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 1-3 days for all Instock products. A bespoke product like a dining table is currently 3-4 weeks.

Shelves, stools and chairs that are In-stock would normally be next working day delivery if ordered before 13:00 the working day before.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 28 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

If an item is wished to be returned (That isn't bespoke made), you have up to 14 days to notify us of a return, then up to 14 days after that to send it back. We ask that the cost of delivery to return is covered by you.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
